Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-30 years; completed 4 or more years of nursing education; recent graduate; hired as a clinical nurse; informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Due to leave or work commitments, unable to attend the training; has previously participated in clinical nursing work.
