Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age >= 60 years; (2) distal femoral fracture (AO/OTA type 33C2); (3) bone mineral density T value < -2.5; (4) patients treated with a single lateral LISS or combined with PMCSS; (5) patients with complete medical records and imaging data; (6) patients capable of completing the relevant scores

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with other fractures; (2) patients with open fractures; (3) patients with pathological fractures; (4) patients with periprosthetic fractures; (5) patients with tumors, severe nerve injury, or infection; (6) patients with cognitive impairment who could not complete the relevant scores; (7) patients without complete follow-up.
