Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years; 2. Diagnosed with febrile neutropenia; 3. Treated with carbapenems

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received renal replacement therapy during medication; 2. Received extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) therapy during medication.
