Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient is between 1-90 years old (including boundary values), except for pregnant women; (2) Patients include osteoarthritis patients who require joint replacement, anterior cruciate ligament injury patients who require arthroscopic surgery, trauma or tumor patients who require amputation, and bone tumor patients who require joint replacement; (3) The patient voluntarily participates in clinical trials and is willing to sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a history of infection or suspected/confirmed infection in the knee joint or other parts of the body; (2) Patients with rheumatoid arthritis of the knee joint; (3) Patients with ankylosing spondylitis with bony or severe rigidity; (4) Patients with knee joint fusion for a long time without pain or deformity; (5) Pregnant or lactating women, or patients with fertility plans during clinical studies; (6) Other situations that the researcher deems unsuitable for participation in the study;
