Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th edition (DSM-5) in the United States; 2.Age between 18-60 years old, male or female not limited; 3.PANSS score >= 60 points, positive scale score >= 10 points, negative scale score >= 7 points; 4.Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 5.The patient's physical examination, medical history, vital signs, blood and urine routine, liver and kidney function, electrolytes, electrocardiogram, electroencephalogram and other indicators are normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Has severe impulsivity and suicidal tendencies; 2.There are contraindications for treatment, such as those with metal implants in the skull; 3.Individuals who have received electroconvulsive therapy within the past month; 4.pregnancy; 5.History of alcohol or other psychoactive substance abuse, severe physical illness; 6.Intellectual impairment (IQ<90); 7.Patients with poor hearing or deafness.
