Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed mild to moderate UC (primary, rectosigmoid, active phase); 2.Mayo score 2-10; 3.Combined with endoscopic inflammation at the opening of the appendix;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe damage to the intestinal barrier accompanied by sepsis, active bleeding of the digestive tract, perforation and other reasons for various reasons; 2. Current diagnosis of fulminant colitis or toxic megacolon; 3. Unable to tolerate enteral nutrition to meet more than 50% of energy requirements due to severe diarrhea, significant fibrous intestinal stenosis, severe gastrointestinal bleeding, high-flow intestinal fistula, etc.; 4. Chronic persistent or chronic recurrent UC; 5. Recent receipt of high-risk immunosuppressants, cytotoxic drugs (such as rituximab, doxorubicin), or medium and high-dose steroid hormones (20mg/d prednisone and above equivalent doses for more than 4 weeks), and antibiotic treatment in the past 4 weeks; 6. Severe immunosuppression: neutrophil < 1500/mm3 for adults and 1000/mm3 for children<; 7. Pregnant or lactating females; 8. Receiving systemic glucocorticoids, other immunosuppressive drugs or biological immunomodulators within 3 months before treatment; 9. Have severe immunocompromised or severe active infection; 10. Contraindications for colonoscopy and endoscopic operation: those who cannot cooperate with mental and behavioral disorders; Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; Severe coagulation abnormalities; complete intestinal obstruction; Anus, rectal malformations or high stenosis colonoscopy cannot be inserted.
