Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 50-90 years who meet the criteria for mild AD or AD related mild cognitive impairment are confirmed to be positive for amyloid protein through positron emission tomography (PET) or cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) A ß 1-42 measurement results. Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE): 22 <= MMSE <= 30. For patients with a Complementarity Determining Region (CDR) score of 0.5 or 1 for antibodies or T cell receptors, infusion of lencanavir monoclonal antibody should be administered to those who meet the above criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with cognitive impairment caused by reasons other than AD, those with a history of transient ischemic attack (TIA), stroke, or epileptic seizures within the 12 months prior to screening, those with uncontrolled bleeding, those with serious other diseases, tumors, etc., should not use lencanavir monoclonal antibody.
