Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients (>=65 years) who are expected to undergo hip fracture surgery 2. Agree to perform preoperative analgesia by hip capsule peripheral nerve block 3. ASA classification I.~III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal of the patient and his family 2. Temporary change of anesthesia 3. Patients with cardiac, hepatic, renal or thromboembolic diseases 4. Those who have chronic pain or take analgesic drugs for a long time 5. Patients with coagulation dysfunction and severe bleeding 6. People with cognitive impairment and mental abnormalities 7. Patients with multiple organ insufficiency
