Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient Group(1) Aged 18–80 years; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Sepsis 3.0: The patient has an infection with associated organ dysfunction, that is, both of the following criteria 1. and 2. are met: 1. The patient has an infection; 2. The Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA) score is >= 2 points; (3) The patient or legal guardian agrees to participate in this study and signs the informed consent form. Healthy Control Group 1 Aged 18–80 years; 2 The patient or legal guardian agrees to participate in this study and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient Group (1) Individuals under 18 years of age or over 80 years of age; (2) Patients with underlying diseases such as malignant tumors, hematologic disorders, liver or kidney dysfunction, or immune system diseases; (3) Pregnant or breastfeeding patients; (4) Individuals or their legal guardians who refuse to participate in this study. Healthy Control Group (1) Individuals under 18 years of age or over 80 years of age; (2) The patient or legal guardian refuses to participate in this study.
