Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=75 years; 2. The patient and the guardian's family agree to participate in the study and complete the testing of all blood indicators; 3. Have completed neuropsychological testing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Confusion of consciousness. 2. Acute cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, myocardial infarction, severe infection and other diseases; 3. Blindness, deafness, or other severe mental disorders that affect the results of cognitive assessment.
