18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 18~65 years old; ASA1-3 grades, patients undergoing endoscopic transnasal pituitary tumor resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction, obesity BMI greater than 28; 2. People who are allergic to research drugs; 3. It is not expected that the tracheal catheter can be removed after the operation.
