Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 18 years old; 2.Female breast cancer patients with a pathologically confirmed diagnosis of breast cancer and pathological stage I ~ III; 3.Diagnosed with sleep disturbance (PSQI >= 8); 4.Patients who have completed surgery and are proposed to undergo 6 ~ 8 cycles of postoperative chemotherapy (21 days for 1 cycle of chemotherapy); 5.Conscious, unimpaired communication, mobility, and ability to read; 6.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a combination of other malignant tumors or end-stage disease; 2.Patients diagnosed with mental disorders before or after the diagnosis of breast cancer; 3.Patients with diagnosed digestive, hematologic, immune, or inflammatory diseases; 4.Patients who have used targeted, radiotherapy, sleep aids, anxiolytics, antidepressants, immunosuppressants, etc. within the past 21 days; 5.Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 6.Patients who, in the opinion of the investigator, are otherwise unsuitable for participation in an intervention study;
