Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status I or ?, who were at full term with a singleton fetus in vertex presentation, aged 20-36yr, with body mass index of 21-35 kg/m^6, and with cervical dilation 1- 3cm, primipara
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Contraindications for neuraxial labor analgesia; (2) Hypertension in pregnancy and gestational diabetes; (3) Known fetal anomalies; (4) History of chronic pain or use of psychiatric medications during pregnancy; (5) Allergy to opioids or local anesthetics.
