Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with post-burn hypertrophic scars who are seen in our hospital (meet the diagnostic criteria for hypertrophic scars in Modern Scarscience); 2. Age 2-14 years old; 3. The wound is completely healed; 4. There is no infection, eczema or other skin diseases on the skin around the scar; 5. Scar area 7 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with keloids; 2. Old scars that have been in treatment for more than 1 year from the time of injury to the start of treatment; 3. Extra-large scars throughout the body; 4. Accompanied by systemic diseases such as coagulation dysfunction and diabetes; 5. Children and their families have poor compliance or inconvenient follow-up.
