18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Expected bed rest time >=7 days; 3. High risk of VTE, low risk of bleeding. Patients not taking anticoagulants; 4. No existing deep vein thrombosis; 5. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed lower extremity deep vein thrombosis or symptoms of abnormal DVT; 2. Severe cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney dysfunction and other serious complications; 3. Severe skin infection, ulcer or open wound in the lower extremities; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Mental illness or cognitive dysfunction unable to cooperate with the study.
