Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years; 2.Clinically diagnosed with operable stage IA-IIIB lung cancer, planned for radical lung cancer surgery. 3.Patients who have long-term resided in high-altitude areas (>2500 meters) since birth or have lived in high-altitude areas (>2500 meters) for more than 10 years will be included in Cohort 1; 4.Patients who have long-term resided in plain areas (<1000 meters) since birth will be included in Cohort 2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Multiple primary lung cancers. 2.History of any type of pulmonary surgery. 3.Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 4.Patients with severe mental illnesses. 5.Patients with preoperative contraindications who cannot tolerate surgery or anesthesia. 6.Patients in Cohort 1 who have resided in plain areas (2500 meters) at any time.
