Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants should meet the following inclusion criteria: (1) women who are over 18 years old with a singleton pregnancy in the gestational age of 24+1 to 29+6 week; (2) with a moderate or higher level of FOC, defined as a score of = 38 measured by Wijma Delivery Expectancy/ Experience Questionnaire (W-DEQ); (3) planned vaginal delivery without contraindications; (4) without prior experience with mindfulness or meditation, defined as not having received more than 8 weeks of mindfulness-based training, or practiced more than once a week in the past three months; (5) can communicate in Mandarin; (6) consent to participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women diagnosed with psychiatric disorders or have participated in other mind-body interventions will be excluded.
