Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients diagnosed with stroke and confirmed by head CT or MRI; (2) age >=60 years old; (3) patients with residual hemiplegic gait defects; (4) patients in the subacute stage of ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke (5-45 days after stroke onset); (5) physical activity approved by their treating physician; (6) the Berg Balance Scale score >36

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) previous medical history affecting motor function, such as malignant tumor and lower limb arthritis. (2) patients who participated in other experiments and received intervention.
