Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease; 2. Age >= 65 years old; 3. New York Heart Association cardiac function class 37 points; 5. No mental disorder, with normal communication and understanding abilities; 6. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent form before the formal trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with serious diseases such as severe liver and kidney disease, blood system disease, autoimmune system disease, etc. that complicate the condition; 2. Patients taking oral anti-anxiety drugs and antidepressants;
