Thoracoscopic resection of lung lesions

Interventions

Budesonide group:Half an hour prior to induction of anesthesia, received 1 mg budesonide nebulization using a nebulizer for 20 minutes
Dexamethasone group:At induction of anesthesia, 0.2 mg/kg dexamethasone was administered intravenously

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients voluntarily enrolled in this study and signed an informed consent form; 2 Age 18-65 years old, both male and female; 3 ASA classification I-III; 4 Normal preoperative lung function or mild obstructive ventilation dysfunction; 5 Elective thoracic surgery and need one-lung ventilation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 BMI>35kg/m ²; 2 Acute upper respiratory tract infection; 3 Abnormal lung function; 4 Chronic lung diseases (chronic pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchitis, pneumoconiosis, anthrasilicosis); 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
