Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 20-70 years; 2.Patients who had coronary angiography in the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University for various reasons; 3.Have signed the informed consent form and are willing to participate in the collection and analysis of multi-omics data; 4.Be able to provide complete medical history and biological samples;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other serious diseases or malignant tumors; 2.Patients with cognitive or psychiatric disorders who are unable to cooperate with the research process; 3.Pregnant or lactating females; 4.life expectancy is less than 6 months; 5.Inability to provide informed consent;
