Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder; (2) Right-handed, EEG normal; (3) Age 12-19 years old; (4) Montgomery-Eisenberg Depression Scale (MADRS) =22 points; (5) Patients took a single selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor during treatment; (6) Informed consent and signed informed consent by both patient and guardian; ? Get the approval of the Ethics committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Suspected or confirmed schizophrenia spectrum and other psychiatric disorders, bipolar disorder, psychoactive substance use history; 2 Have a history of brain surgery; 3 A history of epilepsy and family history; 4 Patients with severe headache, hypertension, malignant tumor, open wound, vascular embolism, leukopenia, infectious diseases, etc.; 5 Those who have metal or electronic devices built into their bodies.
