Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: School-age children who were admitted to our hospital from June 2025 to June 2026 for treatment of vocal cord nodules caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis were selected as the research subjects of this study. Diagnostic criteria: (1) The diagnostic criteria of Western medicine refer to the "Practical Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (Vocal Cord Nodules)", combined with the symptoms of hoarseness, laryngoscopy: symmetrical nodular bulges were found in the anterior and middle 1/3 of the bilateral vocal cords. (2) Diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine: Diagnostic criteria for chronic laryngeal blood stasis and phlegm coagulation: refer to the relevant content of the 'Eleventh Five-Year Plan' national planning textbook of general higher education "Otolaryngology of Traditional Chinese Medicine". Evidence: Hoarseness for a long time, laborious speech. Examination: Fiberoptic laryngoscopy showed that the mucosa of the throat was dark red and there were small nodules at the edge of the vocal cords. Tongue and veins: the tongue is dark red or has petechiae, the moss is thin white or yellow, and the veins are thin and astringent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those unable to tolerate this treatment regimen; 2.Patients with poor compliance; 3.Disagree to participate in the investigator; 4.Patients with serious skin damage or skin disease at the treatment site.
