Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with ARDS(oxygenation index = 18 years; (4) Willing to participate in the study, having signed the informed consent form, with good compliance and cooperation during follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women; (2) Patients with contraindications to the use of nitric oxide (NO); (3) Body mass index (BMI) >= 35 kg/m²; (4) Patients with refractory shock or severe cardiac dysfunction; (5) Patients with thoracic deformities, massive pleural effusion, pneumothorax, or chest skin damage; (6) Patients with implanted pacemakers; (7) Patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigators.
