Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient inclusion criteria (1) The patient meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke and is diagnosed through CT or MRI examination; (2) Married, with spouse as the primary caregiver during illness; (3) Stable condition; (4) Being able to communicate through language and writing; (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. 2. Inclusion criteria for spouses (1) Married, serving as the primary caregiver for the patient (providing primary care during the patient's illness, caring for the patient for more than 4 hours per day during hospitalization, and continuing to provide primary care upon discharge); (2) Having normal language communication skills; (3) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for patients (1) Individuals with cognitive impairments; (2) Individuals with significant comorbidities such as heart failure and respiratory failure; (3) I am currently involved or have participated in other research. 2. Spouse exclusion criteria (1) Individuals with previous mental disorders or a history of mental illness; (2) Individuals with a history of stroke or other major illnesses.
