Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed by doctors who require antibiotics for prevention and treatment and have received at least one consultation with clinical pharmacists
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who need to use special grade antibiotics and apply for consultation; 2) Patient dies or is discharged before clinical pharmacist submits recommendations
