Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. >=65-year-old patients undergoing hip fracture surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Operation time<=4h; 3. Patients with cognitive function score without preoperative delirium; 4. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction; 2.Psychiatric patients; 3.Patients who refuse to participate in the study.
