Conditions

Chronic neck pain

Interventions

TMS Group:Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) targeting the left M1 area
Combined Group:Elastic band resistance exercises for neck flexion, extension, left lateral flexion, and right lateral flexion, with resistance applied in four directions, performed three times a week,
Functional Training Group:The combination of the above two methods involves first performing transcranial magnetic stimulation, followed by functional training.
