18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who require central venous catheter placement for clinical treatment routinely; 2.With an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of I -IV; 3.Aged between 18 and 80 years old; 4.Having normal cognitive function; 5.With basically normal cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic and renal functions; 6.Undergo X - ray chest radiography before and after surgery; 7.Sign the informed consent form during the pre - anesthesia visit; 8.Seek medical treatment between December 2024 and May 2025.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are uncooperative or in forced postures; 2.Patients with superior vena cava compression syndrome who are not suitable for catheterization; 3.History of neck or mediastinal surgery; 4.Abnormal anatomy of the neck and chest; 5.Coagulation dysfunction; 6.Patients allergic to ultrasonic coupling agents or local anesthetic drugs; 7.Patients who, for various reasons, cannot have a catheter inserted into the right internal jugular vein/right subclavian vein; 8.Patients who refuse to participate in this study.
