Interventions

Gold Standard:CT/MRI: 1. Increased pelvic fat
2. Elongation of bladder under compression, showing pear shape, tear drop shape, etc.
3. Thickening of the bladder triangle
4. Straightening and thinning of the rectum under compression
5. Shifting of the ureter to the midline
6. Hydronephrosis
7. Enlargement of the presacral space
Ultrasound: 1. markedly enhanced pelvic echogenicity
2. elevated and elongated bladder neck, appearing as a strip or banana
3. gross bladder triangle.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Trial group: 1 Clinically confirmed diagnosis of pelvic lipomatosis; 2 With CT, MRI or ultrasound imaging data; 3 Age 18-80 years old; Control group: 1 Patients with non-pelvic lipomatosis; 2 With CT, MRI or ultrasound imaging data; 3 Age 18-80 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Lack of CT, MRI or ultrasound imaging; 2 Pregnant or lactating women; 3 Poor image quality, which cannot be labelled and processed;
