Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:(1) age >= 65 years old; (2) gastrointestinal cancer patients in accordance with the diagnosis and treatment standard; (3)Proposed Elective Laparoscopic Radical Gastrointestinal Cancer Surgery; (4)Those with a Fried phenotype score of >=3; (5)Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1)Combined with other malignant tumours and serious infectious diseases; (2)Combined with serious heart, brain, lung and other dysfunctional diseases; (3)Existence of psychiatric diseases, communication disorders, consciousness disorders; (4)Taking drugs that can cause debilitating symptoms (such as levodopa, donepezil hydrochloride, antidepressant); (5)Those who can not walk with the help of auxiliary tools.
