Low-dose group:A 0.05 ug/kg of initial prophylactic norepinephrine boluse after spinal anesthesia
High-dose group:A 0.1 ug/kg of initial prophylactic norepinephrine boluse after spinal anesthesia

18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton full-term pregnancies aged 18-40 years old (including primiparous and multiparous women) undergoing cesarean section under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia; 2. ASA Grading I-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Height 100kg or BMI>=40kg/m2; 3. Eclampsia or chronic hypertension or basal systolic blood pressure >=160mmHg; 4. Hemoglobin<7g/dl; 5. Fetal distress or known abnormal fetal development
