Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Control group: 1.Patients aged 18-70 years; 2. Patients without fibrosis during joint surgery; 3. Clinical manifestations and X-ray or MRI confirmed that the patient had no fibrotic manifestations; 4.The patient agrees to participate in the research project and signs the informed consent; Joint fibrosis experimental group: 1. Patients aged 18-70 years; 2.Patients clinically diagnosed with joint fibrosis (shoulder joint, knee joint, ankle joint, etc.), patients with joint release surgery; 3.The patient agrees to participate in the research project and signs the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Mental and psychological abnormalities; 2. Combined with other structural injury repair operations (including multiple ligament reconstruction, meniscus transplantation, etc.); 3.Patients with infectious diseases, musculoskeletal fibrotic diseases, neuromuscular diseases, and rheumatic immune diseases; 4. Patients with decreased joint motion due to mechanical factors; 5.Patients with serious primary cardiovascular diseases, lung diseases, endocrine and metabolic diseases, or serious diseases affecting their survival, such as tumor or AIDS, are considered not suitable for admission; 6.Patients with other acute and chronic diseases that researchers consider inappropriate for surgery;
