Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cognitively normal elderly: 1. Age between 55 and 70 years old;2.Subjective cognitive decline questionnaire 9 (SCD-Q9) score =26 points (if education years =5 points;4.meeting MoCA score >=26 points (if education years <=12 years, add 1 point on the basis of score); 5. right-handed;6.signing informed consent form and voluntarily participating. Patients with mild cognitive impairment: 1.aged 55-75 years;2. meeting the diagnostic criteria of MCI;3.meeting the MoCA score of 18-25 points (if the education period is<=12 years, 1 point will be added on the basis of the score); 4.right-handed;5. signing informed consent form and voluntarily participating.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of a positive neurological history (e.g., traumatic brain injury, stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis); treatment affecting cognitive function (e.g., treatment for acute psychotic episodes, memantine, rivastigmine, and donepezil); 2. Significant history of mental illness (e.g. bipolar disorder, schizophrenia) or severe anxiety and depression: 3. presence of severe heart, kidney, liver, gastrointestinal, infectious, endocrine disease or cancer; 4 .Severe visual and auditory impairment, unable to perform neuropsychological evaluation; 5.Soft tissue injury, bone joint disease, rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, fracture, trauma and other diseases affecting gait within the past two months.
