Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.No preoperative cognitive dysfunction was present, and patients were screened for MMSEscale scores (illiteracy >=17 points, elementary school >=20 points, and secondary school and above literacy level should be >=24 points) 1d before surgery. 2. Age>60 years, BMI in the normal range, gender is not limited 3. ASA classification I-III 4. NYHA classification I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative cognitive impairment as indicated by the MMSE scale assessment 2. Pre-operative history of psychiatric or neurological disorders. 3. Those with auditory, visual, speech, motor or other disorders. 4. Those with severe bradycardia or conduction block and other contraindications to the use of dextrometry. 5. Combined serious underlying diseases such as heart disease, lung disease, liver and kidney insufficiency. 6. People taking antidepressants or drug dependence, alcoholics 7. Anyone else who, in the opinion of the investigator, is unsuitable for participation in this clinical trial.
