18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatient diagnosis of pulpitis; 2. premolar or molar with four walls of the affected tooth is intact or single-wall defect; 3. Aged between 18-60 years, no gender limitation; 4. Good oral hygiene; 5. Can sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious systemic diseases (such as uncontrolled diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, immune disorders, blood diseases, etc.); 2. Pregnant or lactating patients; 3. Patients with mental illness or a history of mental illness; 4. Patients with infectious diseases (such as hepatitis, syphilis, AIDS patients, etc.); 5. Patients with head and neck tumors, or after radiotherapy of tumor head and neck; 6. Patients who have taken antibiotics in the past three months; 7. Patients with moderate to severe periodontitis; 8. Patients with abnormal salivary gland function; 9. Patients with temporomandibular joint disorder; 10. Patients with night grinding or severely abnormal occlusion; 11. Patients with acid erosion and severe caries.
