Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who successfully received percutaneous transluminal therapy; 2.Age>=18 years old and 1 year; 6.There was no missing artery below the knee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Older than 85 years old; 2. Fontaine stage < 2b; 3. There are contraindications to anticoagulant therapy; 4. Intolerance to paclitaxel, aspirin, clopidogrel and heparin; 5, suffering from thromboangiitis obliterans and acute limb ischemia; 6. Suffering from immunocompromised diseases, malignant tumors, nervous system diseases, and blood system diseases; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; The presence of severe cardiac dysfunction (NYHA class III or IV), hepatic dysfunction (childB or C), or renal dysfunction (creatinine clearance < 30 ml/min); 8, patients with a history of bypass grafting, lower limb trauma or surgery within 6 months; 9. Other arterial major complications (acute thrombotic events in other arterial segments unrelated to the stent implantation site) occurred within 6 months; 10. Refusing arterial assessment during follow-up and irregular antiplatelet and anticoagulant therapy after operation.
