18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years old, male or female; 2. Suffering from diabetes mellitus; 3. Not using antibiotics, bismuth, PPI, H2 receptor antagonists within the last four weeks; 4. Positive 13C urea breath test or gastroscopy-confirmed Helicobacter pylori infection; 5. Agreeing to undergo HP eradication treatment and willing to cooperate with the doctor for follow-up investigation of eradication efficacy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal impairment; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Previous history of upper gastrointestinal surgery, gastric malignancy, hepatic or renal impairment, pyloric stenosis, pregnancy, etc.; 4. Participation in other drug studies in the 3 months prior to the use of the study medication; 5. Patients who are taking concomitant non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications or who are alcoholics; and 6.Patients who are allergic to any of the drugs in the treatment regimen.
