Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Class II Non-Mandibular Deviation Group: Age: >= 18 years old. Patients with skeletal Class II malocclusion. Underwent combined orthodontic and orthognathic treatment. Menton deviation relative to the facial mid-sagittal plane = 18 years old. Patients with skeletal Class III malocclusion. Underwent combined orthodontic and orthognathic treatment. Menton deviation relative to the facial mid-sagittal plane = 18 years old. Menton deviation relative to the facial mid-sagittal plane >3 mm. Underwent combined orthodontic and orthognathic treatment. Menton deviation relative to the facial mid-sagittal plane <= 2 mm. No facial trauma, no systemic diseases, no severe postoperative complications such as infection or bone fracture. Complete case records, including pre- and post-treatment CT data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Systemic diseases or malignancies. 2.History of orthodontic treatment or orthognathic surgery. 3.History of facial or jaw trauma. 4.Incomplete case records or data.
