Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Premature and low birth weight infants with a birth weight of less than 2000g or a gestational age of less than 32 weeks; (2) Gender is not limited, and the first diagnosis is at 4-6 weeks after birth or at a corrected gestational age of 31-32 weeks; (3) Voluntarily participate in this study, with an informed consent form signed by the neonatal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Newborns with a birth weight of >= 2000g and a gestational age of >= 32 weeks; (2) At the initial diagnosis, the gestational age was over 6 weeks after birth and the corrected gestational age was over 32 weeks; (3) Individuals with a history of previous surgery or trauma; (4) Newborns with unstable vital signs; (5) Those who are unwilling to participate in this study; (6) Those who are inappropriate.
