Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A total of 80 elderly patients with hip fracture in our hospital from March 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026 were selected to participate in this study voluntarily and signed informed consent, age >=65 years old, regardless of gender, ASA II or III, weight 45kg ~ 86kg, and severe pain without any analgesic measures (VAS pain score >=4 points).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. More than 12 hours from the occurrence of traumatic fracture to admission; 2. Infection or bacteremia at the proposed puncture site; 3. History of relevant drug allergies and drug dependence; 4. Severe anatomical abnormalities; 5. Neurological disorders or nerve damage; 6. Coagulation abnormalities (endogenous or iatrogenic); (7) Renal insufficiency
