Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) patients aged 18?65 years; (2) patients meeting the hospital’s diagnostic criteria for orthopedic day surgery based on medical history, physical examination, and auxiliary tests; (3) patients undergoing a single surgery during this hospitalization; and (4) patients who provide informed consent after being fully informed of the study’s procedures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with cognitive or mental disorders; (2) patients undergoing multiple-site surgeries; (3) patients with tumors, coagulation disorders, or autoimmune diseases;(4) patients who request to withdraw or are unable to continue participation; (5) patients who cannot complete the required follow-up within the study period; and (6) patients who experience changes in their condition during treatment that prevent further participation, such as deep vein thrombosis.
