Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with definite diagnosis of rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases ; 2.Patients with rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases RMDs who took low-dose methotrexate for the first time ;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined use of drugs that interfere with renal urate treatment and those that may affect uric acid metabolism Antirheumatic drugs such as leflunomide ; 2.Patients refused to be included in the study ; 3.The researchers judged the inappropriate candidates.
