Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: DFU group 1. Patients with diabetic foot as defined by the International Working Group on the Diabetic Foot (IWGDF); 2. Age >=18 and 6 months; 3. Age: >=18 years and <=80 years; 4. No barriers to verbal communication and possess certain reading comprehension abilities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of mental illness or history of alcohol abuse. 2. Patients with a history of intestinal system diseases. 3. Patients who have experienced significant acute cardiovascular or cerebrovascular events within the 3 months prior to the start of the study. 4. Individuals with malignant tumors or a history of malignant tumors. 5. Patients with immunocompromised conditions, such as HIV. 6. Pregnant or lactating women; Individuals with severe impairment of heart, liver, or kidney function. 7. Individuals who have used antibiotics in the past 2 months or glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, exogenous cytokines, etc., in the past 6 months.
