18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Full-term women (= 37 weeks, singleton pregnancy) 2: Elective lower uterine transverse incision cesarean section 3: Age 18-40 years old 4: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grading criteria are grade I or II 5: No neuropsychiatric disease 6: No history of sedation and analgesic drug addiction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: ASA Grade III or above 2: Emergency Cesarean Section 3: Impairment of Liver and Kidney Function 4: Severe Cardiopulmonary and Cerebral Diseases 5: Abnormal Coagulation Function 6: Infection or Breakage at Puncture Site 7: Peripheral Neuropathy 8: Allergy to Local Anesthetics 9: Morbid Obesity (BMI > 40) 10: Patients with Musculoskeletal Diseases or Anatomical Abnormalities are Excluded from the Study.
