Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 12 years or older; 2.Patients with cryptococcal pneumonia treated with fluconazole; 3.Patients or family members voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without fluconazole concentration monitoring; 2. Patients diagnosed with candida infection; 3. Patients with incomplete information were treated with medication during fluconazole treatment.
