Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to undergo elective spinal anesthesia surgery; 2. Age >= 65 years old, no gender restrictions; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 4. Class ASAI.II.III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of lumbar anesthesia; 2. The echocardiographic image display is unclear; 3. Emergency operation patients.
