Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The left double-lumen bronchial catheter was intubated and one-lung ventilation was performed; 2. Chest surgery; 3. Over 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known or predicted difficult airway; 2. Anatomical defects of upper respiratory tract; 3. Limited movement of the neck.
