Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. >= 18 years old. 2. Expected OS >=6 months. 3. Patients with new brain metastases (primary tumor history confirmed by pathology within 5 years) are suitable for SRT treatment of brain metastases after multidisciplinary consultation. 4. 1 inoperable brain metastases or 2 to 10 brain metastases were confirmed by enhanced MRI to be suitable for SRT. 5. The subjects and their families voluntarily joined the study, signed the informed consent, had good compliance, and cooperated with the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient had a single operable brain metastasis; 2. The patient had pial metastasis; 3. The patient had refractory seizures; 4. Previous SRS treatment for brain metastases; 5. In the investigator's judgment, the subject has other factors that may cause him to be forced to terminate the study, such as suffering from his disease. He has a serious illness (including mental illness) that requires concomitant treatment, serious abnormalities in laboratory test values, family or community. Risk factors that may affect the safety of subjects or the collection of test data.
