Interventions
Prospective study group:divided into 3 groups: pure ethanol washing, retain 2 minutes after ethanol washing and retain 3 minutes after ethanol washing.
Retrospective ethanol ablation group:The patients in this group were treated with ethanol ablation
Retrospective combination group:The patients in this group were treated with ethanol combined with microwave ablation.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The ultrasonography showed cystic nodules in the parathyroid area with clear boundaries and regular morphology, and no malignant signs were evaluated by ultrasonography. (2) Patients who have symptoms of oppression, appearance problems or psychological burdens and voluntarily request treatment. (3) Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with major underlying diseases or clotting disorders. (2) Patients with a history of neck surgery or radiotherapy. (3) Under the age of 18. (4) Pregnant and lactating women.
